    hibernating?
I was just wondering if bal pythons kind of lay low around this time of year because my bp use to be very active every night and now he doesent come out of his hides at all and if maybe this was a quiet time of year for them. He is eating fine one adult mouse a week and is about 2 1/2 feet.

Ours is very active until it's time to shed. Is it possible that yours is about to shed?

I'm sure everybody is going to want to know what your setup is like or at least your temps and humidity levels as this could have a lot to do with it.

I didn't think Foster was either but in a few days after she went into hiding she was in full blow shed mode. But, I'm just a rookie and really don't know too much myself.

It won't be long before somebody who knows what they are really talking about comes along with a great answer.
