    some questions
if i breed for example 2 het 100% pies together will 100% of the off spring be pies?

if i breed a 100% pie and a norm will the offspring be 50% pie 50% norm or..?

if i bred 2 50% pies together would i get 25% pies or what?

what combinations produce hets? would it be a pie breeding to a norm and all the offspring that look notmal are hets?

im just abit confused how you can buy different % of hets

what combo of hets would produce the best pies? i know 100% but what should the hets parents be?

also... doesn anybody know of some good rack systems for bp (up to 10 tanks- preferibly vertical) that dont cost 1000$
im looking for with heat tape and therstat in

i would also be interested to see some het x het (preferibly 100%) offspring

No, it isn't quite that easy. Pieds and Albinos are both Recessive genes..so check out this chart...hopefully it will help you :)
    http://ballpythons.ca/what_get/recessive.html

Also take a note on this concept...it's a bit confusing at first, but you'll get the hang of it:
when talking percentages, 100%, 66%, 50%, that simply means there is that CHANCE of them carrying the gene. So if you have a 50% het pied, that means there is a 50/50 chance that it IS HET pied...that also means there is a 50% chance that it IS NOT HET (it does not carry the gene to produce pieds)

As for your rack system, I have a Vision CB-70 rack and I am happy with it.

No you would get 50% het pied 50% normal

Well you might get pieds you might not. 50% refers to the chance each animal has for being Het Pied. So it a crap shoot.

bingo, het to normal will produce hets also.

Doesn't matter you can't tell what the Pied's will look like till you hatch them
