    After Feeding
I keep either my BP or my Leopard Gecko in my dorm at time because my dorm has rules against it. I just fed my BP about 6 hours ago and I know your not supposed to handle after feeding but I was thinking of keeping it in my dorm instead of my LG for the next week. Am I cool to move him to separate tank (with the same fixtures) now and not worry about stress induced by moving him now? :snake:

I know this is kind of delayed so might not even be relevant anymore, but you should be able to move your Ball to another enclosure after feeding without too much stress. I would suggest having everything set up and try not to handle or move your snake longer than necessary. I wouldn't recommend a car trip, but gently placing him from one cage to another shouldn't be a problem.

I never moved him yesterday but I think I will today. You think a car ride today would be a problem?

It could be a problem. If at all possible, I would give him another day to digest before a lengthy road trip. The handling, movement, temp changes might be stressful enough to induce a regurge.

Chances are that he would be fine if you moved him today, but why risk it if you don't have to?

If the dorm finds it won't the confiscate it or kill it? Seems like it would be kinda stupid to risk that by breaking the rules.

If they find it I just have to find a place for it to stay, which is no problem because my cousin has a apartment close to my dorm. The car ride shouldn't be more than about 5 min. Think it will be a problem?
