    just to make sure i did this correct
    alright i put two shelves on my rack and im pretty sure i did it right

    i used a little piece of pegboard on top of my tub for the 1/8" gap then i put the shelf on and drilled it in

    hopefully i did the gap right????

    Sounds good, do you have a tube that you will be using in your rack to check the clearance?

    I'm pretty sure that they meant "tub" not "tube" :)

    Did you try the fit after putting the shelf together?

    ohhh, haha

    ya i put the tub back in and it fits in there, i was just wondering if the gap i made using the pegboard, if it was to big of a gap

    You should be good, but if you end up with too much gap, you can get that foam drawer liner from WalMart or a really thin yoga mat (they're about the same) and cut and glue it to the shelves, then tape your flexwatt on top of that. I had to do that with one of my racks. It worked great and my girlfriend hasn't missed her yoga mat yet.

    im thinking about making little things that i can flip down when the tub is slid in just so the snakes couldnt push the tub out

    This might be a good idea if you ever have small kids around or something who could mess with the tubs; but you shouldn't have to worry about the snakes pushing the tubs out. At least I've never had a snake push a tub out.

    really, okay kool
    i have never owned balls before, but i have had a corn for 9 years lol
    and man did he out enough, he was like houdini

    maybe just when i get my first, ill sit there for a long time watchin em closely
