    Something that might help.
I went and picked up a order of rodents last sunday and by this last weekend the smell was seeping out of the rodent room. It was bad and something that haven't had to deal with since we have been in our new home. I needed a solution and fast as the smell was getting stronger.
My friend Brad Boa had told me about deionizer air purifiers and how they work for him. On Sunday morning at 7am after work I ran over to Walmart partially because they were open at that time and found that they had several models in stock. I bought of them and brought them home and set them up. By Sunday afternoon the smell was gone both in the house and the rodent room. I wish that I had known about these units 4 years ago. They rock and work great. You do have to clean the filters once a week but that seems to be all there is to it.
I recommend them if the rodent smell or even your snake room smell is getting out into the house and you don't want it to. They were fairly inexpensive at around $130 a unit.

Thought I would share this and hopes that somebody else who might have this problem gives it a try.

    Thanks

Yeah those deionizers are great! If you smoke though be careful and make sure you clean it often. Had a friend who smoked and didn't clean his and it began putting out block sootish type air, pretty much covered everything in his room in black soot.

I can't believe how they took that rat smell out of the rat room. It is amazing. I suggest to try one if you have the same problem as me.
