question about shedding

I noticed my bp started acting extra shy last tuesday..i then noticed the eyes starting to turn opaque. i tried feeding on saturday (i feed him on the same day last week so i knew he'd be hungry) but he didnt take the mouse. as i expected due to the shedding. its almost been a week now and he hasnt started the shedding process. so my question is how long does it take from when the eyes turn opaque for the snake to actually start shedding its skin?????
p.s the humidity has been at a consistant 60% if not sometimes a little higher....

It really seems to depend on the animal.

I've had it be very quick, within a few days, and some that go for a week or a bit more.

Just be patient, and count your days for future reference next time it sheds :)

ok , also is it true your not supposed to handle them when shedding , or util the eye caps come off??
