ravenous female.. would she?!

Ginger is my big feeding-response female. She is currently paired with my Spider.
I swear.. when I open their tub to see if they're locked.. there goes Ginger's head! Snaking right out of the rack, looking for food.
My point? I really think that she'd eat while locked up. :) I won't try it.. but I think that she would. :O

I read somewhere that a guy had a pair that was locked, and was not really paying attention and threw a rat in there. He realised it 5 minutes later, ran back, and his male was swallowing the rat and locked at the same time!
