    Well, last weekend it was bowl wrapping, tonight she's getting IN her water dish. I noticed how wet her enclosure was, and figured she had tipped her water dish, but instead, she'd climbed on in it.

    This is not normal behavior for her, she never soaks.

    Is this a good sign that she's building follicles? Or am I just reading too much into it?

    BTW, after the pictures, we did an enclosure cleaning!:)

    I haven't a clue Robin but I can tell you I have one of my females that I've observed breeding doing the exact same behaviours. :)

    It's a great thing...IMO - They do it (my do it every year) to get as cool as they can...

    Godiva, one of my females, did that before laying, last year. She looked comical; huge snake + relatively small water dish = lol.
