    Oh Rats!
Well, ive bought two females and a male from petco a month or two ago, and no babys. One of my females looks bigger, but im not sure, what do i look for, if i post a picture of her could any of you tell? The other looks normal as ever. They are all of size and what not...

Most female rats will appear pear shaped when carrying a litter (some get really huge, just depends on the size of the litter and the physical build of the female rat). If you can tell, gently lift the female rat upright and look at her build. If it looks pear shaped, she's likely pregnant. Most female rats don't show this shape until the last week of their gestation.

How big are the females? Any idea how old? Pics wouldn't hurt.

I'm not sure about rats, but with a female mouse I have, we suspected her of being pregnant due to her pear shape. She was 6 grams bigger than the other mice her size so we knew something was up. Sure enough, 5 days later, she gave birth to five babies. Lets see some pics!
