Watts?

How many watts are necessary to heat a 20 gallon tank (long) to 95 degrees on the hot sides and 80 degrees on the cool side?

I know that I have used 3watt UTH pads before and gotten those temps, for flexwatt it would really depend on the control used not the watts. Just my 2cents:)
