New here and new to BPs
Hi all! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and my two BPs before I became one of those crazy lurkers who never gets involved. :)

I purchased my first BP in August of last year because I wanted a slightly larger relaxed snake. Thus, Mr. Monk came to live with me. http://www.photobucket.com/albums/b3...DSCF0020-1.jpg

But, he's not the only reptile in my house. I currently have 12 crested geckos, 30+ corn snakes (yes, I do breed them), 1 Anery KSB, and 1 Western Hognose. He was however, the only BP until my cousins' girlfriend decided that she didn't want any reptiles in the house. So, while visiting them before Christmas his mom told me she wanted me to take his 'giant boa'. I agreed silently wondering where in the world I would find the space for a 'giant boa' in my house. Imagine my joy when what I find is Lily.

Lily was Felix, but she's been sexed several times now, and turns out she's a she. :)

Anyway, those are my two BPs, and perhaps I'll add more down the road. I'm already thinking a nice little Pastel might fit in really well. :)

:welcome: Hana. What a great way to find a friend for Mr. Monk and help out a friend by taking her "giant boa" off her hands.

Thanks everyone. :) They really are such a joy to have around. I'm going to be asking lots of questions about Pastels in the next few months so I can find the perfect little fella when hatching season starts this year. :)

I'll be sure to post some corn pictures tomorrow. Be prepaired for a flood of corny pictures. :)

Looking forward to those pics. We love pics! My husband and I just got our first Pastel recently, a lovely 07 female lemon line pastel and I must say she's even better than any picture can really show. A really nice pastel is just a lovely, lovely snake. :)
