    A question....
    This evening, while George was out, he was opening his mouth, didn't make any noises, just curious to why he was doing it... could he be hungry?? thank you in advance:snake:

    Thats a sighn of a upper respitory infection- and yes it is bad. Get your snake to a vet asap, find out if she does have RI, and get her treated. I just had to treat one of my girls for it not too long ago. Without treatment, the snake will die, so raise your temps, and get him into a vet!!

    thank you, very much. Will call my vet in the morning, asap. His tank is at 85, could it be when he was mailed to me?

    Yea, raise your warm side to about 93- and generaly it shouldent get any cooler than 90 on the warm side. But yea, if your in a colder area (or if he came to you from one), then it is possible. How long ago did you get him?

    No problem- any time :) And just so you know, I dont think he got it form the trip- I think you need to call up the person you got the snake from, and tell them whats going on- it seems to me that the snake probably got it while in their care still- thats what had happend with mine.
