    My snake Loves fleece
My 7 month old ball python loves fleece. I found out because I brought her out and I had a fleece blanket over my feet. She snuggled up in it so I went out and bought some fleece and made a hide out of it. And she just loves it and now hates her other hides. I was just wondering if any one else had a snake that loves fleece? Because you don't see anything out there thats made out of fleece for snakes.

My snake likes fleece too, but I haven't made a hide out of it, how did you make it. Can it be washed? My snake likes to deficate in its hide so cleaning is essential.

    Heh...

My snakes travel in fleece, but I never thought about putting it in their cages, too messy. I have pouches made for ferrets that are thick fabric lined with lambs wool that go into their travel boxes along with soft-fur cat sleeping mats and they really like those. Yes, I spoil my babies rotten. :D

Maybe those who use artificial bedding could check out fleece? If you wash it about 3 times it wicks moisture to the bottom level so you could put newspaper underneith. Then when it gets dirty, get the poop and huge urates off and wash it and dry it? No fabric softener though, that makes the moisture stay ontop. Meaning the liquid pard of the urine... lol. Then just switch it out with another piece of fleece and different newspaper?
