Sagging Skin in 3 mo. old BCI

I just noticed this today that she seems to have sagging skin around her head and neck. I am afraid she might be dehydrated but I provide fresh water almost daily and mist her tub twice a day and keep the humidity at 50-60%.

She eats regularly and will be switching from a fuzzy mouse 4-5 days to weanling rats but I can't seem to find anyone nearby that sells rats (frozen or live) that small and so mice it is. I think that RodentPro won't be shipping until after New Years so I'm kind of stuck with the Petco stuff. She seems fairly round but and she has grown since I bought her but her skin just looks. . .well, sort of saggy.

Could this be a sign of shed? My BP has never had his skin sag like this which is why it has me worried.

By the way, what is the consensus on Mice vs. Rats for BCI. Some seem to swear by rats but are mice okay? I'm following the whole maximum width of prey vs. maximum width of snake rule.

Sometimes when they're about to shed the skin around their neck will get a little stiff and therefore wrinkle a bit.. could make it look saggy.

If the mice are the right size, they're fine, but mice won't last any red tail for long. They grow pretty fast.

I feed my little neonate adult mice now... you're going to have to move to rats eventually, whether you like it or not.

I have no problems moving on to rats, in fact, I'm glad she readily takes F/T. Makes it much easier because right now I still have a "pet" rat I'm taking care of because my BP doesn't care for F/T or pre-killed and he's lost his appetite for rats.

I'll setup an order with one of those online feeders tonight.
