    Update on the abused pastel
    UPDATE: HE ATE!!! :fest2::fest::pinkele::sunny:

    I have placed this update in a new thread for updates. :)
    I just offered him a tiny pinky mouse, as instructed, and he nailed it! So he still has interest in eating. Now we just have to see if he keeps it down and, if so, digests it properly.

    But the first step is a success!!!

    Also, regarding Nagini (who refused her meal again tonight), I realized that she may be 'catching up' food wise because I was giving her mice as big around as her the last three times she ate. So, I'm not nearly as worried about her anymore either.

    :banana:CONGRATULATIONS!!:banana:

    It is a wonderful thing when a sick lil guy eats for the first time.

    You got a soldier on your hands :salute:, keep up the good parenting! :gj:

    Newest Update: He's still going strong and ate again tonight. :D :gj:

    This time it was a large pinky/tiny fuzzie. He nailed it. :) I also got the chance to weigh him finally... and he's only 44g. I'm no expert, but that's really low, right?

    Also, I found a urate while cleaning his tank! :) It seems he CAN pass things on his own, but it was rather a strange sight. I know these things can vary in color...but green?? I have a blurry picture that I may put up in another thread with a warning attached JIC if anyone needs to see it, but basically it was darker green at one end and paled as it went down to a white tip. Never saw anything like that before...

    So that's how the little one is doing. :)

    Glad he ate two weeks in a row.

    Green? I've seen white and yellow, but never green. Hmmm...? Maybe someone else can help. At least it paled to white....

    Congrats on the good rescue work! :gj:
