Lets beat the record!!!

Hey I am new to this site as of a couple days ago and I thought it would be fun to try and beat the record for most user's online at once. Heres the current record!!!!

Most users ever online was 394, 11-15-2006 at 01:59 PM.
Lets try and beat that. On 1-1-08 lets try and and get all users to log on. Just thought it would be fun!!!! Have a great holiday!:rolleye2:

All you have to do is tell everyone to stay logged on by checking the "remember me?" thingy and the record will be easy to beat (assuming that "everyone" reads this idea). I still like the idea of a "New Years Record" though. Right now you have one 24/7 user (because I use the "remember me?" option) on the list.

Well, I guess that I am doing my part. :)

I tried this a while back but it didn't really work, we'll see how this one does, I'm game!

i always leave it checked and logged in when im not at the puter though my puter does go in hibernation

your inactivity on the forum itself will show you as offline.

Yeah this is something that's been tried before. It won't work :) those 300 something people were bots...i do believe.

I just thought it would be fun to pick a day and time and give people enough time to spread the word and then all log on at the same time. Just thought it would be fun is all.

sounds good, what time though? i for some reason tend to sleep in on that day.

Thats a good question. I think we all sleep in on that day LOL. Well lets say 5pm. Thats a good time for anybody. Time to sleep in from the long night we just had....LOL I hope this works so lets all spred the word....

the remember me feature doesn't keep you logged in, it automatically logs you in when you visit the site. there's a difference.

record breaking or not, i'll probably be online. haha.
