It is if it is worth it to you. they can be purchased cheaper, but cheaper isn't necessarily better

I will say that the pattern and blushing on that pastel is well above average

That blushing is going to look nice when it has grown, but for $200 (higher than what most comparable pastels are being listed for) I'd want to see better yellow coloration.

Make an offer....I bet $150 wouldn't get refused ;)

It is a very pretty pastel, but I'm pretty sure you can get a better deal.

I'd say if you were looking to make supers with him then he would be a great addition with all that blushing. If your having second thoughts though look around some more.
