Do you like GS Thin Mints?

Then you'll LOVE this recipe! I made up a batch to take to work tomorrow, substituting the sprinkle on candy in the shapes of hollies and berries.

Wasn't as messy as some reviewers suggested, but I also used some bamboo skewers to poke in the hole of the cracker and pick up out of the chocolate.

Ahhhhhhh thin mints are the best kind. The only problem I have with them is when I eat one I end up eating the whole box and then the next time that I want some they are all gone.

Man, these things are addictive! I really want to try to make the peanut butter version too. We'll see how long these things last today here at work! I don't imagine long with this crew.
