    So I have this yellow belly male I got like 3 weeks ago. First of all I have never really seen what a snake on a scale looked like before, I just use the measurement of feet to describe a snake. So Under this notion I guestimated the weight of my snake last week on my feeding charts at 600g. See I know my little girl is 135g so I figured we was 4 times her size. Well I was wrong. He is 1438g!I just got a scale from target last night.I never would have guessed. anyway I though I would share that with you.

    That's funny! I always find weights hard to guess unless I'm looking at a human. Snakes? No good at it.

    When you say 4 times her size, do you mean overall or 4 times her length? B/C those guys really thicken up as they get older.
