Please tell me this is a lock

I've posted pic of them a month ago. I thought they're locked up.

Just to make sure, I put them together last week and this is what I found 4 days ago. I really need your opinion that it's a lock or not. How many time I should put them together? The other females seem not interesting in this male Pastel except this female Mojave. She's '05 weight 1,340 grams. I know she's not even 1,500 but since she's a healthy '05 so I want to give it a try. The male is a '06 Pastel weight 1,100 grams.
