pics of Cortana

I promised pics of my new (and first) savannah monitor, Cortana. She's 6 months old and very sweet. I had to wait for hubby to install software and he just did. While I was waiting I went ahead and snapped away. As I'm sure you all know I have a crappy camera so these were the best pics I could get. Every one say "hi" to Cortana.

She ate her first pinkie!!!!!!!! I put a few crickets in with her yesterday to see if she'd eat and she did. So today I decided to give her a pinkie to see if she'd eat and YIEPPEE she did. I get so happy when any of my reptiles would eat ( my mammals are always stuffing their faces, lol).

yeah you need over 8' of floor space and a lot of time but its worth it.
