try the wet pillow case trick... soak a pillow case in warm water... put the snake in the bag and tie off the top... put the pillow case in some warm water but leave enough room for the snake to get some o2 so id doesnt suffocate... give it like 10-15 mins to move around inside rubbing its head on the pillow case and the shed should come off... I tried this trick but didnt have a cooperating snake... she just chilled in the pillow case and didnt move... Others have had great success so I say you give it a shot... Wors comes to worse if you dont manage to get it off you can wait till next shed and make sure humidity is nice n high... the head should be the first thing that sheds and it works its way down from there... If it doesnt come off with the second shed send me a PM and I can give you some more input.

    Hi,

You don't even need to put the soaked pillowcase into more water - the humidity will still be high enough inside if you just put it back into your tank (don't sit in on the hot side though - middle of the tank seems best).

Josh while I applaud your willingness to offer to help, I would encourage that help to be given as much as possible in threads viewable to the entire community. If we all gave out help privately then we'd lose a lot of valuable information that everyone can have available to learn from. :)
