she's here!

i finally got to pick up my savannah monitor today. her name is cortana and she is such a sweetie! she's sleeping on my chest as i type. very alert and active. i'mso happy.

she's about 16"tip-tip. very bright colors. like i said very sweet and cuddly. i let her walk around the reptile room (in case i missed any crickets she'd find em) after she walks around a bit she'll waddle up me and fall asleep with her head on my shoulder. before i got her i was expecting at least a week for her to acclimate but as soon. as i got off work i checked on her and she came out of her hide and started crawling up the tank. i'm in love!!!!!!!! btw i meant to post more above but i got kicked off the computer.

Waiting on hubby to install soft ware. Outside of word and the internet I can't work a computer.:oops: But I've already taken a bunch of pics and I will post them ASAP.
