    Cool Down
The warm side in my 20 gallon tank is at 93 F. I am using an undertank heater with a rheostat on the lowest setting possible. I cant afford a thermostat right now. Anyone have a suggestion on how i can lower the warm side a few degrees will 93 F be ok. The cool side is 77 F.

With a Accurite digital thermometer hygrometer. The probe is under the hot side hide.

    93 is good.

Work on that thermometer tho :gj: Temps can change and change the rheostat as well.

what would be too hot? cause it went up to 94 now. I may try using a light if it keeps increasing.

94 is as hot as you ever want it to get. i prefer to keep my warm side at around 88-90. belly heat is best for leos, so perhaps you can add some space between the bottom of the enclosure and the uth (set the enclosure on blocks of wood, or something similar) until you can get a thermostat.
