I'm in Jax, too! Well I don't know about breeders here but I do know two good reptile stores, ones I would buy--and have bought--animals from...one is House of Reptiles and the other is Blazin' Reptiles on San Jose. Word among the herpers in the area is that House of Reptiles has a spider BP in--they sell a wide variety, including hots.

Blazin' is my hangout; they sell everything and have a beautiful collection of hots (NFS) including an enormous gaboon viper female. They have three adult GTPs including a canary on display and sell the babies...currently there are a few B-grade pastels, a really, really bright clean normal I WANT but is $80, and an albino BP. Lots of selection there and they sell F/T as well.
