    feeding
Finally my snake ate after a month of trying, thanks for the help guys! :gj: But I still have one question. The lady at the store said my ball python should be eating about 2 adult mice a day. But since I did not want to waste two mice on the attempt today I only fed him one. Should I feed him another tommorow or just wait....

I think feeding him just one mouse for his first meal was totally fine. Wait a week and feed him another mouse. Once he's secure in eating a single mouse, then I'd bump him up to two. (If he's big enough to need two.)

are you sure not two one after another?? So how do you know if your ball python needs two mice...its hard to determine if there body width is the same as two mice.....

He is about 3 months and about an inch wide maybe a tiny bit more at his widest point

Just feed him one next week, and if he eats it with no problem run and get another, let him eat it too if he wants. I wouldn't feed any snake everyday though. 1 a week is probably good enough. :)

Once my baby was big enough for mice, I moved her to rat pups and she's been doing great. Now she will eat pretty much anything, anytime, though only one item at a sitting. If yours will eat two mice and seems to be doing well, then keep up with it. I'm sure she will let you know if she wants it.
