    normal behavior while handling?
    how do you know if you bp is ok while your handling them?i have only handled mine 2 times and its my first snake.he hasnt balled up but he just crawls around my arms and stuff and i dont know if that means hes trying to get away but .he came out on his own by going up my arm so i dont think he was too scared.thanks

    thats pretty common behavior for a bp. Sometimes they will just curl up around your hand or sit in your lap. They are curious creatures so they like to move around, smell stuff. If it was stressed out it would probably curl up into a ball and hide its head.

    my spider stays in a ball for a while when I first hold him...my normal is usually fighting to get away from me from the get go...just difft personalities I guess

    well im happy he came out on his own because i still have that fear of picking him up but hes making it alot easier for me.i dont really know why i been scared of snakes all my life he seems so calm and he wrapped around my wrist it was so cool
