The worst petstore in the world(its not a petco)
This evening we went out to dinner and decided to visit a new petstore in peoria.I was so Pd off as soon as i walked in i had to turn around and leave before i said something :mad:.The first thing was all the snakes were lying in wood chips that were soaked with visable water:mad:.This included corns,balls,boas and a blood python(i know they need a higher humidity level).Then they had puppies in 3 x 3 wire cages(one had 5 ):mad:,of course no water and poo everywhere :mad:.This really makes me sick that i am debating just turning this place in or going to the owner and seeing if i can show them the PROPER ways to house these reptiles.Of course if they get stupid i will fire back and end up calling the authorities anyway ;).They also had tortises and other reptiles but i did not give them a good look over .It just makes me pd off that in a NEW mall that they would allow a pig stye of a petstore to open there :mad:.What would you do?

I would turn them in. The animals can't be happy there. It's so sad.

Possibly, but I voted. That's just how I feel. I can't stand for animals to be neglected. I understand little things, because sometimes they get busy or short-handed. But by everything you said, it sounds to me like they just cut corners.

Call them in, show them there's no tolerance for that kind of trashy place in your town.

O its really sickens me to see any animal suffer :mad:.

I would talk to the owner as soon as possible and explain to him what they are doing wrong, if they dont want to listen or still do nothing then I would call the authorities.

Yea we allready have a trashy petco and Super pets :mad:.The Super pets petstore tells his workers not to feed the reptiles because he does not want to lose money :mad:.I turned them in numerous times ;).They even cleaned up a little bit.:weirdface
