Q about a spot on back of normals neck???

I have a 1yr old female BP. I noticed that with every shed this spot on the back her neck keeps brightening. Does anyone know what this means? Could she be het for something, or have a skin disease? Please let me know.

Picture is a bit small, but it appears to be just a color difference of the scales. Looks normal, only way to see if it is a het is to breed it out, most likely just a nice normal.
