debate forum..

has there ever been a debate forum or is that for the QT room? I thought it would be an interesting addition

QT is used for any number of reasons Ashley. When it comes specifically to discussions that turn into heated debates, well as long as they stay on topic and respectful, they don't need to be in QT really.

The hard part about a seperate debate thread is it would be all over the place on any number of subjects. The information in there might well be of great use but how would one wade through to find some specific piece of wisdom? How does a Mod or Admin know where the line is between topic, discussion or debate if we needed to move something? Debate is healthy and a wonderful part of this forum's threads, it always has been and within that debate I think we all learn. :)

I meant a debate forum, not just a debate thread.

Such as, crushed ice vs cubed ice that post would go in the debate forum.. (silly example forgive me) i was just suggesting :gj: we have forums like that on other message boards im on
