How do I make a piebald?

Can you breed A 100% Heterozygous male piebald to a normal and get ANY piebalds out of the combo? Just wondering as I'm investing in 4 normals (even tho I think 2 may have some yellow in them as the father is supposedly a yellow belly) and I was just wondering what kind of combo I could make to get a beautiful morph without spending a LOAD of cash that I dont have.

No, you need to 1.1 hets to have a shot at a pied, or breed a pied to a het.

Sometimes Possible Hets prove out too. :)

Pied to normal will produce all 100% hets!

I think that you need to mate it to a piebald in order to get piebald babies.

I suck at genetics but use that square.

so what are the numbers for 2 100% piebalds?

1 out of 16 chance (if I remember correctly), based on a 4 egg clutch. Thats what I'm working on as well, getting a pied.

Actually... 1 out of 4 chance. Any normal looking offspring will be 66% possible Het for Piebald.

so if i got 2 piebalds hopes are id get 1 per clutch?or maybe 2 everry two clutches

its all odds. if your two hets lay four eggs, odds are 1 will be piebald, 1 normal, and two hets. like lawrence said, all normals are considered 66% until proven out

yeah that's what I meant. my brains toast from lack of sleep.

If you want to make a cool morph without spending a lot of money get a pair of pastels, i think super pastels are some of the coolest looking balls out there, except for spinner blasts and super cinnies of course.
