it's not possible to produce a true albino with eyes any color but red/pink. I believe what you're referring to is a leucistic, which so far have been proven with blue and black eyes.

It is possible to get an albino without red eyes. There are many animals that do not produce the pink eye. People are included in this. Most albino people have very bright blue eyes. Here is a link to a lavender albino with black eyes

Albino is a lack of a certain kind of pigment, specifically Melanin. Melanin is what creates eye color in humans, as well as animals. it is also what creates skin tone in humans, and black/dark colors in animals. The reason a human albino is blue-eyed is because the natural color of the muscles of the iris, the part that is colored, is blue. In all animals, the eye color of a true albino is determined by the color of the muscle, or the color of the blood flowing through the colorless iris. Without Melanin, it's impossible to have a true albino with black eyes.

It looks like lavender albinos have a dark red eye that can give it a black appearance and coral glow has black eyes but i believe it is considered an albino paradox. The coral glow also has black speckling which would show that it is not a true albino.
