    recently my university newspaper did an article on this. I tried finding it, but this was all I could come up with.
    Only in Texas could something like this happen. I think...
    its crazy.
    i havent seen anyone already post about this, but if they have, i apologize for the repetition.

    Gee once again a bunch of DA banning something for no reason :mad:.I am starting to really hate the law makers and thier ignorant actions!! :mad::mad:

    There's a discussion over at www.cornsnakes.com about this very thing. One of the members has actually been in contact with the head of whatever comitte authored this bill. Apparantly it was a mistake including some of the animals on the black list. I know that corns snakes were not supposed to be on there. They're planning on fixing it in the next session, but that's not for a while apparantly.

    Right now it's sort of a legal limbo, so who knows. I mean, someone like Don Soderberg breeds corns for a living in TX, as do many pet shops sell them. So we'll see. Right now, I'm going to continue to keep and breed them...
