Christmas Party Ideas?

My roommates and I are thinking about throwing a christmas party, and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or suggestions. Anything from dinner menus to party games or decorations. I already have a few things in mind but I'm planning early so there's plenty of time to change my mind. Luckily, I'm not doing thanksgiving this year, my dad is. :D

i got a good party game....ok here goes

get everyone nice and drunk :P then get a paper bag
tell everyone when its there turn to put your hands behind their backs and stand on one leg
they have to bend down and grab the bag with there teeth
once the bag goes around in a circle once, you get to rip off some of the bag ( to make it shorter)


its fun trust me
