What do you guys keep the little *little* guys in? If they're such great escape artists, wont they get out of just about anything when they're that small?

I'm looking to get a black milk, and I want everything set up LONG before it gets here.

I have several milksnakes and one king right now (all as big as a pencil ;)) and I keep each of them in a 6 quarts shoebox like this

I drilled small holes on each side of the tub for air flow.

You can also melt them with a soldering wound, just make sure the holes are not too big.

Well I use a soldering wand on mine but it seems like the holes are about the diameter of a baby milk's head. I read that if their snouts can fit into something, then the rest of the body can fit. So, there's my logic.

Than use a drill with a small drill bit like I do, just be very careful not to crack the tub.

I keep my hatchlings and juves in faunariums. I was using tubs but the faunariums seem to not hold as much humidity

I never would have thought about it but I just may go that route! I would probably get the longer, flatter one though. Can you tell me what size you use? And about how long they stay in there until you move them to a larger tub?
