python not eating?

My python has not eaten in two weeks. i know a lot of other people have had this problem to. Im just wondering what factors can cause this? is there anything i can do different?

First know that, as long as your BP does not loose too much weight he will be fine, second try to proceed by elimination to find out if there is anything that can be done so your BP resume feeding.

Check your temperature and make sure they are 80-84 on the cool side, 90-94 on the warm side, of course this mean you need to have an accurate reading provided by a digital thermometer/hygrometer.

Check your humidity and make sure it is between 50%-60%

Make sure the enclosure is in a low traffic area.

Make sure your enclosure is the appropriated size, an enclosure that is too big can be overwhelming, and can cause stress overtime.

Make sure your hides are tight enough so your BP can snug in, all sides must be touching your BP's body.

If you handle your BP often, try to limit handling (Too much handling can cause stress)

Ball Pythons will also fast to catch up if the prey they have eaten in the past are too big or if you feed them too often.

GA pretty much hit it on the head...Just to give more proof to this.. My BP has gone several months without eating on more then on occasion and her environment is ideal in all ways.

I honestly would not be worried about 2 weeks at all. If you tank settings are all where they should be it may just be as simple is you BP is starting to go through the shedding cycle. During this time BP's have no interest in eating in my experience.

A upcoming shed can be seen by a dull "cloudy" appearance a couple days before the shed will actually happen, also their underbelly will have a pinkish tint. They will look completely normal again for a day ro so then start the actual shed.

Just keep up your care and keep an eye for any signs that something may be medically wrong with your BP. Again i wouldn't be too worried at all though

you can try feeding him at night as well
