When buying a het at an expo, how do you know your not getting ripped off?
How are you supposed to know your truely buying a het, and not just some non-feeding normal?

Just like when buying online you need to do your homework and buy from a REPUTABLE breeder.

Often shows will have a list of vendors so you can if you have the list look the vendor up on the BOI.

    Short answer. You don't.
You can protect yourself by buying from reputable people, make sure you get I.D. paperwork from them too.
    Keep the paperwork and receipt.

Like said above, research the vendors ahead of time. I would not buy a het from a show from someone I was not familiar with through my research.
