    Spiders Tanking?
I attended the Repticon show in Columbia, SC this weekend and spider BP were pretty low. One dealer was asking $350 for a male roughly 125 grams while everyone else was asking $325 (Saturday) and $300 (Sunday) for < 100 gram males. Only one female was available at the show but she sold before I saw her price. Was this an example of where spider prices are going or was it an example of lowball pricing with competitive dealers? Thanks in advance!

Its an example of how much they are now. So many codoms out there. And people producing a butt load of them. Still worth it though for the combos!

And it's not such a bad thing, in the long run--putting them in reach gets more people interested. And it's always going to take a while to produce a combo with a simple recessive. All it means to ME is that next year I'll be able to afford to pick up a bunch of spider females, and that puts me a step closer to making lots of bees.
