American Gangster

just got back from watching it...long but definetly worth it, a VERY good movie in my book

I really want to see that one, but am planning on waiting for the dvd. So many good movies out now!

I am lazy and wait for dvds to come out. Netflix is a great thing :)
I hope that there is a moral and lesson to this one though. I hate to keep seeing the image of criminals being glorified and exalted.

have you guys seen exemption? great movie... jamie foxx plays the guy who started the crips and ends up in prison and writes childrens books about staying away from gangs and stuff. off topic, but jen just reminded me of it...

I took my wife to American Gangster today. It was a different movie than we would normally see in the theater but I enjoyed it. The story line was pretty good and had my attention the whole time. It is a longer movie...but it didn't seem long to either of us while watching it.

Can't wait to see it I took the kids to see the bee movie so I'm going to have to wait.
