Our New Little KSB has a Name!
Here is a picture of the Kenyan Sand Boa we picked up at the Chantilly, VA NARBC last Saturday. It's a bigger one than those I previously posted, so you can have a better look at him.

Also, I had a hard time naming him. The one name that I tossed around and seemed to stick is Morty.

So, here's Morty for y'all, on Ryan's wrist. For size perspective, I'll let you know that Ryan is only 6 years old.

Cool. Remind me again how many and what kind of snakes you have?

Amazing collection! It's hard to believe you are only 20. I am blown away and speechless! :O In a good way, of course.

I am trying to plant the seeds in my husband's head for a Rosy Boa next year and an albino BP for our son in a few years (if we can ever afford one!). And he is interested in any kind of green tree snake (emerald, green, or amazon). I am fascinated by larger snakes and dream of a yellow anaconda to keep it smaller than the max out there.... or maybe a dwarf retic...? Drool... I can dream, can't I?

Well I hope your husband will come around for you. ;)

I'm sure albino BPs will come down to a more affordable price.. not sure how long it'll take, but they've already come down quite a bit.

A male yellow anaconda is a reasonable sized snake.. my adult is around 6ish feet long and staying around that size.
