Had to share a few pics from the weekend

Our family went camping this weekend with my son's cub scout pack, and I just had to share a couple pictures. The weather was SOOOO cold Saturday night, but not too bad this morning. I leave the kids with their dad to help scout out a hayride route, and I come back to my daughter with her head in a bucket of water trying to bob for apples... :slamhead:

But I'm confused Christie????? Where do you call for room service? I didn't see a pool or a nice tv or a wet bar? Oh wait...you were.....ACK....camping!!!!! :D Glad you survived it hon.

Fun! The first thing I thought of when you said it was cold is how I noticed frost on the grass this morning. I am further north though. But still, yikes!

Those are agreat pics. Looks like tons of fun, and a little chilly.

I can't wait until my little ones are old enough for that kind of stuff. They are the biggest wimps when it comes to the cold though lol.

Our scouts here are supposed to be doing a camp out on the outfield at the Toledo Mud Hen's field (the Henhouse I think it's called) sometime next spring. Mike's really excited about doing that with young Michael so I think I'll pass on it, stay home, put my feet up and order a pizza that night LOL. It is supposed to be a really fun night. They let them come on to the field right after a game, set up and then the players toss baseballs around with the kids and all sorts of other fun things.

You mean you're not going to go WITH them? :giggle: They did something like that in Memphis too, although we did not get to participate in that due to conflicting schedules.
