..did you ever get the Super form (the white snake I dream of?) I am just wondering what the odds are of getting one.. I know it is the super form, right? So it'd be similar odds on, say, you getting Super Pastels w/ Pastel x Pastel breeding? Thanks!

I don't have any mohaves, lessers or butters. So, no BELs here. I think you assumption on the odds are correct though.

Your odds are the same as any other codom x codom pairing or het x het pairing. 25% per egg. A 1 egg clutch gives you a 25% shot, 2 egg clutch = about a 44% shot, 3 egg =~58%, 4 egg =~68%, 5 egg =~76%, 6 egg=~82%...
It is not as easy as some people think. I ended up with 9 eggs from het x het breedings this year and got zero visuals. The odds are not always with you. I had about a 93% shot to get at least one visual but I have always had crap luck.

That's painful losing out on odds like that.
That's just the way it is I guess, the odds balance out in the long-term, but each breeders results may vary. Some of us get 9 eggs from het x het and no visuals, others breed Pastels and end up with Pastel Pieds :D.

I am just fiending for 1.1 Mojave now. I love the odds game; it worked pretty good for me this year with Pastels; 7/12 Pastels. I definately understand the diciness of it all and it is not all gravy; losing 2 seperate clutches will do that to you. But I know what my breeding goals are..
