it has begun!

Well, I was doing some maintenance this afternoon, and while handling my male pastel I decided to go ahead and check for the heck of it... Sure enough, sperm plugs! As soon as I got done cleaning his, and my girls' cages, he went in with her. Haven't seen any locks yet, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time!

oh, haha... Well, with my male, when I applied a bit of pressure in the same motions as you would for popping (but with less pressure), stuff came out, and it was quite obvious what it was... I didn't take any pics, but I'm sure there are some to be found SOMEWHERE...

An update on this... There are still no confirmed locks, although when I checked on them for the last time last night he looked to be putting some moves on her. Granted, she was laying on top of him, but their tails were nearing alignment, and he was actively advancing toward that goal...

God I really hope I see a lock when I get home... lol

ugh.. They're as far apart as they could possibly be in her tub.. anyone have any tips on getting a slow-learner started? :_D
