How to get styrofoam to stick??

I know you can use expanding foam to fill gaps etc. which is my plan. But now that I have cut all the pieces I used tooth pics to get them to temp stay :)

But what is a good type of glue to stick between the pieces to get them to stay togethor well enough that I can do some shaving/molding etc..?

What are you doing exactly?

A regular old hot glue gun should work. Are you trying to sculpt the Styrofoam?

well i plan to do my main tanks next summer when i get them build. due a full back and partial ground nicely done for climbing and built in hides.

I was thinking hot glue wasnt sure if it would work. i will pick up one of them cheapo guns for 4 bucks and glue sticks and give it a try

I am practicing on a small plastic terarium right now. which may be used for baby corn. or jsut for a project and never get use.
