Help - questions on Rosy Boa

We stopped by the local PetCo tonight, just to grab some supplies. I held a corn snake and was like, "Um, interesting." I held a Mexican Rosy Boa and my heart went thump-a-thump, my endorphins rushed and I was IN LOVE!

We currently own a Ball Python. So, here are my questions.

1. How much can I expect to pay for a normal hatchling / young rosy boa?
2. How is their temperament vs. a ball?
3. Do you know how to find a reputable breeder near the Washington, D.C. / Eastern Panhandle of WV area
4. And tell me anything you can about them!!!
