    Daisy took a rat!
    Daisy took a weanling rat last night! She had been eating two adult mice because I could not find a source for appropriately sized live rats. I have since found a local rat breeder.

    She didn't even hesitate. No mouse bedding, pre-scenting or any other tricks were needed. Although, she did not eat last week as she was shedding.

    I'm excited (it's the little things).

    Now to switch to F/T...

    one tip, make sure its WARM, mine wont take frozen thawed unless they can all see a heat signature coming from it.

    Wow! Congrats! I tried for over a month to get Auryn to take a rat and he just was having none of it! I wish he had been so willing ;)
