    Illustrating Points
You guys have been a huge help for the BG Snake FAQ and I'm now working to break up the big long Q & A with cute illustrations to drive points home. :snake: I've got two down, working on a snake with a ratcicle looking wierded off by it but I have to pick a coloration still.

I'm very open to suggestion on which questions you would like to see illustrated! I don't plan to do all of them, some wouldn't be cute or funny anyway and I don't want to overdo it, but I definitely need at least a couple more. Here's what I got so far!

A snake will only get as big as its enclosure, right?

But I saw a snake just like yours in a movie attacking and eating people!

I was so amused by the above Hollywood bp that I made a bunch of shop items based on it with the phrase "Snakes aren't Monsters, They just play them on TV!" Definitely something that needs to be driven home to folks who learn everything they know about animals from tv and movies!

Which other FAQ questions would do well with cartoons to accompany them? :)

Sherrie they are great! I can't wait to be able to pick up some stuff from your store once the budget allows! Can't think of any suggestions for you right now but if anything comes to mind I'll scribble myself a note (then promptly and quite likely lose my note....life's been like that lately around here. :( )

Thank you! It's a great jumping off point, I think, for more educational yet cute and silly herper wear. :) I definitely want to get more stuff like this out there.

And no worries on the losing thoughts and notes thing, you should see the piles of notes and papers I surround myself and dig through on a regular basis. :rolleye2:

When you feed them frozen rodents, do you defrost them?

Thank you! I'm still thinking on more... I could do a very silly one for "Do snakes poop?" involving a toilet and a magazine...but I really need more for the top half of the FAQ list... Hmm...

Just read through your FAQ since you mentioned you needed ideas for the "top half" of it.

You could do something for the "what do you do with a snake" like a snake looking incredibly confused with a toy ball or chewie dog toy to play with.

For the "does your snake love you" you could do a side by side thing....snake with human, humans surrounded by hearts, snake's just snoozing....next pic rodent is there, the snake has the happy hearts! :)

Thank you, Jo!! My brain was drawing blanks, lol.

I was thinking of trying to do something with playing catch for the "What do you do with a snake?" but it was hard to do a small simple graphic of that where it was clear what was going on. A dog or cat toy is much better! Or maybe tug of war with a sock, rofl. Hmm, I'll do some sketches!

The hearts one might have the same issue as the playing catch one, a bit too much for a little graphic there mostly because I find humans hard to simplify, but I like the idea! I'll play with it and see where it goes. Thank you!

For the "Can I feed my snake something other than rodents?" Put a snake sitting there with a cheeseburger looking confused.

A "book worm" snake--- reading a really thick volume of something---for the "I know a guy who's kept snakes for years..."

For the "Aren't you afraid the snakes will eat your rabbits... Aren't you afraid the snake will eat you?" Maybe a giant rabbit sniffing a tiny little snake, who's tongue-tasting back? (I think it would be really funny to show a little snake trying to constrict someone's big toe or thumb or something, and barely able to get it's mouth open around it, but I also think that might give the wrong impression to those afraid snake bites... funny image though :) )
