    unseasonably warm this october
It's been unseasonably hot here in New jersey. i was wondering if any one else has been having temps ni the low 90's high 80's and if any of your bp's started cooling because last year this time my oldest 06 went off feed and resumed in feb. and right now since its been so warm she hasnt gone off feed. was wondering if this is happeneing to any of you other guys out there.

Last year I started cooling October 1...this year, being so warm, I haven't even tried. I'm just waiting on the weather to switch. Hopefully we get a break from this soon...this summer was brutal and I'm ready for fall...

We are having some pretty high temps here in western NY. I planned to start breeding a little late anyway, so this is no big deal.. none of mine have gone off feed in awhile.

Yep, same here. It's still in the mid 90's outside during the day. It was around 65 last night though, felt awesome. Brrr! :)

I don't plan to start cycling everyone until January or February. Gotta get moved into an apartment and that's enough to worry about by itself. All of the snakes are still jumping out of their tubs trying to take my hands off when I go feed, haha.

We're waiting here in northern Ohio too. The last few days it was high 80's, low 90's which is just odd for this late in the year. It started cooling down today so if the weather returns to normal, then we'll worry about cooling the snakes for breeding then.

43 is shorts weather? I mean, really, why doesn't Canada just go ahead an annex Minnesota? :salute:

Actually....I think Canada is warmer than Minnesota right now....ask Chrinuck.:D

But yes, its not uncommon to see people here in shorts right up until the first snowfall...its not like we're hanging around outside building igloos.

They would, as a matter of fact, they have tried ... but the munchie loving invading forces from Canada always get side tracked by those darn 7-11 burritos! :rolleye2:
