Do you think its a problem.
Hi
I am new to this hobby already having troubles with a ball python refusing to eat some of my friends gathered and though doing good got me a baby burmese python . HE /SHE is cute but i am new to this and i guess i should think twice now about keep it or not. Its a capitve born baby importd from the US.
Any help suggestions.
Kind regards,
Mansour .
Re: Do you think its a problem.
I'm not sure I understand. Your friends bought you a Burmese python because they felt bad that your Ball is having trouble eating?
In any case, if you don't want the Burmese or don't think you can take care of a 20+ foot snake, then I would look into returning it or finding it a better home. If you're having difficulty with your Ball, then I would concentrate on fixing that problem for now.
Good luck.
Re: Do you think its a problem.
A burm is a big commitment.. I would definitely see if you can return it. You should get the problems sorted out with your ball python before attempting a snake like a burm.. they grow several feet a year (my 2 y/o male is about 8' ..females are larger)

Hi ,
Yes , i am returning the baby burmese back although it was bought from the net and shipped over the middel east... must now find a place for this snake. Friends only wanted to do good , but hey cannot blame them . Hmmm i think i have found someone who might help by taking it . He is already taking care of some big VIP stars pets here on the island.
So i hope he will be happy to take it. From my side i will again try to feed my ball python , a good sign is that he is drinking water and constantly hydrated
Again thank you for your support
All the best
