Introducing a snake to another snake
Is it possible if i buy a snake and put it in with the snake I already own. Or is this a forbidden thing to do :colbert: :confused: .

:colbert: BP need to be house alone and here are a few reasons why stress, going of feed,spreading of diseases and/or parasites, premature breeding, injuries etc
You must also observe strict quarantine procedures when buying a new snake, house in separate room of your house etc.

You're kinda getting ahead of yourself. Asking "how do you breed" is a very general question. I suggest buying the book written by the guy who runs newenglandreptiles.com (NERD). I can't think of the name off the top of my head, but its an excellent book to get started, and only 60-70 pages.

Also, since we're on the topic of having multiple snakes in a single enclosure, I thought I'd point out that when I was at PetCo the other day they had 4 BP's in a single tank with one water dish and NO hides. They were all laying on top of each other, and one was off to the side by himself. Isn't it hypocritical to do something like this, and then turn around and give the buyer a caresheet which specifically says to offer them hides.

Even when breeding, they are not permanently house together, they are introduce to one another during breeding season, this mean they must be proper breeding weight also.
Quarantine also applies even if you buy two BP that are proper breeding weight you must still observe strict quarantine before introducing the male to the female.

Perhaps learning a bit more about general snake husbandry would be a better thing to think about at this point rather than trying to breed.
If you are unfamiliar with snake husbandry and quarantine procedures in general then trying to breed will only cause you a ton of problems and one huge nightmare.
Take one thing at a time that way you're not pulling your hair out later on.

OWNS New England Reptiles, not just runs it. His name is Kevin McCurley and his book is The Complete Ball Python, and my copy is 303 pages. But you might have Ball Pythons in Captivity also by Kevin McCurley and is about 100 pages.

If you go on http://www.ballpython.ca/ and look around a little you will find a photo by photo description of what goes on when BPs breed.
